OK, I've been off my Deca cycle for about 4 weeks now, right before my last shot I started bleeding like having a regular period but it hasn't stopped since. For freakin 4 weeks now. Do you all get this after doing a cycle??? Is this normal to happen? My bodyfat is fairly low, about 12-13% max. and I don't know what is up. Bleeding everyday w/ cramps and everything. I'm so frustrated. Please help!  Any input would be really appreciated. Thanks    | ||

Get in to see your OB/GYN and make sure that there is not something else going on. Deca takes some time to clear the system and has progesterone like activity so it could be that or something else not related. F1  | ||

I've actually stopped having cycles during this. Is this normal (didn't completely stop, just light spotting for about a day now and that's it) | ||
