i do! I love it!!! it gives me a better cardio workout than the tredmill and it's easier on my joints than the stairmaster.

Hey E, you were shocked huh!? Those things are pretty good. The only thing tougher is the stair master...and I mean the ones with actual steps up, not the cheesy ones :-)~ Have a good training day!

I use it...it actually feels pretty easy to me. Maybe because it doesn't pound on me like the tread. But I like it because I can change the ramps/resistance or whatever.

I love the elliptical trainer. I usually alternate between that or the treadmill when I do cardio. I can't stand the stationary bike or stair climber - boring!!! I guess I just like moving my arms AND legs when doing cardio.

Also, I love the rowing machine too, but my gym got rid of them to buy more stair climbers for those cardio jockeys who stay propped on there with their arms locked out for like 3 hours straight.

I use it quite frequently, and I love it. The first time I used it, I thought, this is easy-FOR ABOUT THE FIRST TWO MINUTES I use it because I have bad ankles. Since there is no pressure on your ankles or joints, I can get a great workout. I alternate between this machine, and the stairstep. I also do the stationary bike, it whips my butt on my legs because it is working different muscles.

Yes, I use it and love it. It actually gives me a little break from my usual (the dreaded Step Mill)cardio routine. If you're really looking for something that will kick your butt, try the Step Mill (you know, the rotating stair case). Haven't found a way to cheat on this one, you have no choice but to step up. Now that's a work out!

Granted I'm not a woman, but I've used that... I didn't think it was hard, but I did think the "stride" of it was too small. I think I'll stick to the track they have at my gym.
I did like the built in heart rate monitor - it is so easy for them to check since you can hold those... moving handles I guess they are. it was nice for watching what my heart range was.
I ran track and XC for 9 years though, so I'm an aerobic snob. I can't stand it anymore and just want to get all huge
