Here's the deal. I'm a 35 year old female, I have been run/walking a fire trail near my home for the last 8 mos 5 days a week 6:00 am. It takes me about 45 min. from there I go to the gym and do weights for 30 min. then it's off to work by doing this I have seen a great change in my body. I am also currently in the middle of a Deca cycle, 50mg a week. The exercise is a no brainer, I can do it, the difficult part is the eating. I have about 10lbs of fat that is keeping me from the way I want to look. What I need is an eating plan that I can live with that will also shed off those lbs of fat. If anyone out there has a eating plan that they love, please pass it along.

bump is just a term that boards use when "bumping" the topic to the top of the page..as yours was starting to move towards the bottom unanswered...its now been bumped to the top.

I was wondering the same thing about the deca?

There are some great threads from several months ago on women and diet...do a search "women and diet" and you will get lots of great info.

I know you've posted in the past about diet and rec'd some great answers too. So search 'em out if you need a refresher.

I was told that Deca can increase my strength and make me harder, which it has, I can see a big difference in the short time that I have been taking it. Before the Deca I also did a cycle of Anavar, which I liked as well. After the Deca I was told that I should think about doing a cycle of Synthroid.

I have no sides so far. I'm a month into the cycle, but as soon as I start noticing a change in my voice or acne I'll stop. I take a small dose, so I think I'll be ok.

here you go,eat every 2-3 hours. sooner the better! it will keep your metabolism in high gear. supplements-eca, and isopure(protein). eca first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. do your walk. then before you get to the gym drink 30 gms of isopure. your body will uptake the isopure really quick, thats why i like it! okay heres the rest of your day!
after workout-30-35gms protein
30-35gms starchy carbs
meal3-30-35 gms protein
20-25 gms starchy carbs
unlimited fibrous carbs(veggies)
meal4-30-35gms protein
unlimited fibrous carbs
meal5,6-same as above!
before bed drink 30-35 gms protein
if you eat 6-7 meals your protein will be 180-245 gms a day. you want those high to make up for the carbs you will not be eating. do not eat breads, or processed flours! if you do, do it on a cheat day. you will probably be hungry as hell the first week. when i'm cutting i will carry around a jar of peanut butter, and have a small teaspoon to kill the hunger! this has worked for numerous people i have trained, including myself. any questions, please ask!

Actually I do have a question for you Freak Daddy. How much carbs and protein make up 30 grams. What is an easy way to tell grams w/o having to weigh?

most products will tell you on their labels what their serving sizes are. like a half of cup of oatmeal is 27 gms starchy carb. one regular size chicken breast 18-24 gms of protein(one and a half would do the trick for you) i figure the majority out by the labels. do you have anything in particular you need to know?

Hi Freak Daddy,

What is Isopure? and also what is a good protien bar? If you don't mind and if you happen to have one handy, could you please give me a typical day that you give your clients with the listed foods that they should eat. I would really appreciate it. Thank you for all your help.

isopure is made by natures best, and is whey protein. a good bar is also made by natures best, solid protein. awesome taste, and variety! here are some food ideas for you.
proteins=
chicken, turkey breast
fish, especially salmon(omega-3 fats,very good)
tuna(strain the water, and sodium
lean beef,sirloin(my favorite)
egg whites(1 yellow per 4 whites)
isopure
starchy carbs=
oatmeal(my favorite)
baked potato, or yams
brown rice(lower glycemic level, than white)
pasta(not to much, will thicken your skin)
corn
i'm sure you know your veggies, and stay away from processed foods, alcohol, carbonated drinks(bad, bad)breads, junk food, sugars!
eat whole foods! i hope this gives you some ideas!
