So in keeping with tradition, I am posting my Chest and Bi workout for tonight.

Here is the plan.

1 hour prior I slam 2 liters of water along with 2 thermo-pro.

Warm-up 5 minutes on stair stepper.

Warm-up 3 sets straight bar flat bench 135lbs x 15.

Exercise 1 Incline dumbell press. (90-120 second rest between sets)

190's x 5-6(max weight)
185's x 6-10
175's x 6-10
180's to failure

Exercise 2 Flat bench press (barbell)
405 x 4-?
395 x 4-?
350 x 8- failure

2 set of push-up to failure.

9 sets total for Chest and I am done and hurting.

My bi workout consist of cable and dumbells curls (super strict) it is a stubborn muscle group for me and I focus on tight form and moderate weight for a about 6-8 sets.

The key to these shorter set workouts is intensity the more you got the less you gotta do.

IG it looks as though you'll be needing those 200 pounders any day now. I hope you got your Christmas wish.

mondays an off day.way to crowded at my gym.

IG,I like your training style.I too believe in less is more in regards to training.

I don't do many sets but the ones I do are all out.It is soooo easy to overtrain.
