because I need a little leg shake up...that was wednesday yesterday I hurt and said hmm tomorrow is gonna be fun...and today I can't lift my feet over the knap in the carpet...i think I'm in love with you IG...Great Pain!!!!!

This is gonna sound crazy but the best thing to do now is STRETCH and get somebody to massage your legs HARD and bust up the lactic acid.

Also a light 2 mile walk would help.

I've been sitting in my cube with my feet up on the edge of the desk and grabbing my ankles...A light two mile walk will most definitely result in a new pair of sneakers as I wear the tread off with this trudge I've got going! LOL... Going to see a friend tonite I'll get her to use a rolling pin on me....whoof... IG you rock... FC no wonder your legs are amazing! (well the rest of you is too but sh*t those quads should be illegal!!!)

I would love to have this leg workout. I love to kill my legs. I worked them out so hard one day that I could barely walk much less make it up and down stairs the whole week after that. Good luck with achieving thunderquads!
