I had a 1/2 a tub of cell tech sitting around for about 9 months & it looks kinda weird.Dont know if I should use it or not.

LOOK AROUND ON THE TUB AND SEE WHEN IT EXPIERS(SPELLING)IF THERE IS NOTHING THERE THEN I WOULD NOT WORRIE BECAUSE MY PROLAB CREATINE IS GOOD TILL 2002 AND I DON'T THINK THAT IT WOULD SPOIL THAT QUICK. HOPE THIS HELPS A LITTLE.

Yes, eventually it will. Generally, expired creatine will be in rock-like chunks, (at least the ones I've seen).
