Glutamine is an amino acid that prevents catabolism (Muscle Breakdown). You should never take L-glutamine with protein, it can interfere with the absorption of the L-glutamine. The only type of glutamine that is okay to take with protein products are glutamine peptide. Glutamine peptide is absorbed almost 100%. Creatine can be stacked with fat burners. You still can lose fat, but you'll look more smooth than ripped, because of the water retention in the muscles. Usually the water retention goes away about 2 weeks after you stop taking creatine. A good brand of creatine is Prolab's and Universal's. Their creatine products are put out by a german company called Creapure. Their creatine products are top quality.

I recommend glutamine products from any well known company. But I like Prolab's. The best brand of creatine would have to be Prolab's and Muscle Link's. I use Muscle Link's because it's efferevescent creatine. My body doesn't tolerate powdered creatine well. The first time I tried effervescent creatine I didn't noticed any difference in strength or size. This was because I didn't load it. I was told that any creatine product will work better if loaded properly. So I tried effervescent creatine again, but this time I loaded it. I gained 5 pounds of muscle in 10 weeks. This wasn't from creatine alone, it was mostly from diet. Without proper diet you will see little or no gains whatsoever. The best brand of whey isolate would probably be Prolab's. I've used it and it's pretty good. I actually prefer protein blends, but whey protein is a good source too.
