I was just wondering what products people have used that have found to be the most effective? There's too much hype about stupid shit and i want to see if anyone has any gains. please post up if anythings worked for you or not..

I've tried a few things, haven't really fell deep into the hype of BS products. What's worked best for me for mass was Creatine. As far as the fat burners, only thing they did for me was raise my blood pressure up really high (135/65) 135 being stage 1 hypertension i think. And i did it with xenadrine and MD6 by biotest. "Great and safe stuff" fucked me up. I'm lookin for some mass building supp. that actually works... any ideas?
