Hey you all I am a 16/m 148 pounds and 5 foot 11...i am skinny but reasonably strong. I was wanting to build lean muscle without getting fat. I'm pretty happy with my weight right now i just need more lean muscle so can someone tell me of some supplements to take that are effective and not too expensive? I mean come on, give me a break i work part time at mcdonalds hahahha

At your age, all you need is to weight train, sleep 8-9 hours a night and eat a clean diet to gain lean mass. You could use a protein powder to increase your protein intake, but you don't need any supps at this point. Eat chicken breasts and drink milk at McDonald's---stay away from the burgers and fries. Hope this helps.

Thanks, Yeah I normally don't eat the burgers and fries. The only thing I get their if i eat a meal is 2 grilled chicken sandwiches plain with a diet coke. Normally I dont eat there though. I never drink any regular sodas only diet and I drink a lot of water. I am still interested in a protein shake though because I want to get a lot of protein without the fat.
