It depends , it's different from people to people. I am using Cell Tech and it's a very good stuff (for me). I take 1 serving just after the training , plus monoidrate before and after. If you make a search with "CELL TECH" word you will find a lot of posts ! Ciao.

Well my experience with cell-tech is.......a lot of mid drift weight. I was down around 16-17% body fat until I took that crap and I blew up like a balloon. Just think now, that stuff has 75 grams of sugar PER DOSE, if you don't metabolise that fast enough, it is going to turn right into fat. I think that if your metabolism is fast, it might not bother you but if yours is slow (like mine)it will put excess weight on you.

I had best results with just creatine, it's a shitload cheaper to. Coincidently, I also had just as much success taking it with water as I did with juice. Less sugar calories to
