What is Cytodyne, I ordered one thing and recieved this instead. I see it sells for like $49. Since what I ordered was only $23 I am thinking of keeping it. If it is worth it?? Let me know your thoughts. IP: Logged |

I've always had good results with all of Cytodyne's products, Cytodyne included. Cytodyne's main ingredient is Acetyl L-Carnitine. Basically, what the product did for me was increase size/strength and cut me up a little bit. It also greatly reduced my post workout muscle soreness. Other than creatine, glutamine, protein, and multivitamins, Cytodyne (acetyl l-carnitine) is one of the few legal supplements that really do work.
