I bought Mega Glutamine Fuel capsules by Twinlab the other day in the grocery store. Are they any good? I started to take them right before my workouts, and right after as the directions suggested. Should I take them with food, or doesnt it matter? If you guys think they are bogus, I'll just toss them out. Need your advice. Some people swear by Glutamine....whats your opinion?
