I want to get some, but I can't get an email response back from places that carry it, maybe somebody here can help me out. I am lactose intollerant, can I use this stuff, or does it have alot of lactose? Also, how many servings come in a 10lb size? I get mine from www.nathigh.com Go to there site, get their phone number, give them a call and ask for Bob. He's the man. anything you want to know he'll be able to help you out with. NLarge has 29 servings per ten pound container. Each serving is 4 scoops, but with enough milk, it's really good. Each serving also has: Calories:620 Fat:6gm (3 sat fat) Protein:52g Carbs:89g Sugar: 23g Any other questions, give Bob a Call. tell him the Greenville guy sent you. you also can try www.netrition.com as far as I know it's low in lactose, because I'm not usually busting ass when I take it. Hope this helps. |
