What products (supplements, meal replacement, nutritional shakes, etc.) would be recommended for some serious weight gain?

I take it you're not seriously concerned with putting on a little fat. With that being said, calorie control and your macronutrients are the most important. I think keeping your exact same diet would work, with the addition of this supplement protocol.
1) Buy some flaxseed oil, and have a minimal two tablespoons a day. One with breakfast then half of one later, and another half before bed.
2) Use creatine. Load with at least 30 grams in divided dosages (5 grams with meals). Maintain with 15 grams 3 times daily, one immediately after your workout in your post workout shake which will be
3) Post-workout. Go buy some carb powder such as Carbo Pump by Optimum, Ultra Fuel by Twinlab (my favorite), or any other brand which has a combination of maltodextrin and dextrose. Use .75 grams per pound of bodyweight and work up from there. Then, add in your protein powder, many companies have 5 pounds econo buckets. Use between 50 and 70 grams with your postworkout shake. You might think this sounds like a lot, but postworkout nutrition is probably the most important factor for adding weight almost immediately.
4) Drink a protein drink in the middle of the night. If you wake up to pee or just happen to wake up, it would be a good idea. But I wouldn't wake up purposely for that.

A general rule of thumb is to take in 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. A lot of guys will tell you it's a waste, but that was the only way I was able to break a weight barrier without putting on additional fat.
Granted you diet is already in order, these suggestions are only for adding extra weight while maintaining or adding very little extra fat.

If I was looking at putting on some serious weight I wouldn't be worried about calories or what I was eating. I would just eat everything I could. As well as taking protein shakes I would eat fatty foods that are high in calories such as cheese, ice cream, pizza, hamburgers etc. By eating clean you are not going to get enough calories. Eat foods that are high in calories. If your worried about putting on fat this may not be for you.

When I am trying to add weight I like to have a protein shake at night (within an hour or 2 of falling asleep) and 1 right when I wake up. It helps fight some of the catabolic activity the 8 or 9 hour fast of sleep brings. Otherwise, eat according to time not hunger (5-6x day), train heavy, a good MRP helps (I use Myomax or Myomax Gain during these times), and I like to be on Creatine (Phosphagen HP or Cell Tech) when bulking.

ok, here's the secret miracle substance everyones been waiting for. If you want to put on size....
eat your normal 5-7 meals a day
3scoops NLarge w/ 1 scoop hydro 520 with aminogen plus 10g creatine / 3 times a day.
If that doesn't do it. I'd say your going to have to go with the ever famous anabolic cocktail.
