How many times do you take protein shakes a day and what brand do you use?

I usually take 2, 3 is max. I also supplement with nutrition bars. Also, I usually use a MRP, almost any brand high in protein, but protein powder is just as good if not better. I do the mrp's for convenience.

I also get protein from my food 3 or 4 times a day. In addition to chicken, tuna steak, turkey, etc. cottage cheese, eggs, and even yogurt and peanut butter are very good sources of prtoein. Stays with me longer, costs less, and helps with gains more than powders.

3 shakes and 3 meals a day, except on workout days, an extra post workout shake. Food is usually the way to go, but to me it's very difficult to prepare so much ahead. I prepare 3 meals a day as it is, 6 would be ludicrous and expensive (i eat good). The brands I use are Opti Pro meal by optimum for an MRP. I use this for breakfast because it's cheap for the economy bucket. I'll also use a packet of myoplex orange during the day because I love the taste and I know I'll stick with it. At night before bed, usually a scoop of protein powder along with half a cup of cottage cheese.

personally,i go about it a lil' differently that the rest of you.i eat 8 times/day;I have 1 scoop of whey protein isolate(24.5g/serving) w/ each of my meals.ever since i started this,i have added considerable muscle mass.i've been doing this for 1 year now...i need to do this because i need approx 400g of protein per day.if time allows,i will be eating approx 12-15 times/day just to challenge myself a little and see where this can take me...i'm trying all kinds of things, seeing as how i'm natural.obviously food has made the difference for me.fyi.

I LIKE THE TASTE OF N-LARGE 2 BUT I ONLY TAKE IT AS A POST WORKOUT DRINK BECAUSE IT HAS LIKE 90 CARBS AND 50 GRAMS OF PROTEIN PER SERVING. I USE CHOCOLATE BUT I THINK I AM GOING TO TRY VANILLA NEXT TIME
