I bought a large bottle of flax seed oil about 3 months ago. I haven't taken it yet due to an injury i sustained. It has been keptat room temperature since then, because I didn't know that it was supposed to be kept in the fridge. Do you all think it is still good or will it be spoiled?     | ||

It's definately spoiled, do not use it. Go buy some new stuff, preferably the Barleans brand, most others don't place a production date on the label. Flaxseed oil normally has a refrigerated shelf life of 4 months, longer if u freeze it. | ||
