Hey bros I remember reading a while back that some people have had success with spot reduction by combining DMSO and ephedrine or yohimbe and applying topically to problem areas. If anyone has had success with this, can you please post and let me know how much DMSO and other ingredients you had used per application, as well as how often. Many thanks,     | ||

do a search man. and IMO spot reduction is bull. now if your at 3-5% bf and you spread some ben-gay on your abs it will increase definition, but NOT spot reduce. (little BB contest trick) search. | ||

Triacana is not a thyroid stimulator, but IS a thyroidal agent. It is weaker than T3, but suppresses TSH more than T3. |
