decided to try this out cuz I hate the way other ECA's make me feel. The guy at the GNC said it had half the caffeine. Is this stuff good?     | ||

Used thier shakes one after my am work out. one in the afternoon. started Oct 1 lost 16 lbs. by Dec. 15 lost a little in benchand t-bar rows (witch i expected with the loss of body wt.) Tells me most of the weight was fat. I also increased cardo and worked at it it just didnt happen from shakes "Only negitive was the cost" | ||
