What is the longest anyone has taken Creatine without a break? I lost a lot of energy when I stopped. I would like to take it as long as possible without doing more damage than good.    | ||

If your only taking 5-10 grams daily it might be OK to use indefinetly, although the body does tend to adapt, so cycling is as much for shocking the body, as it is for health purposes. Supplements OR AS. Vince Gironda would have bodybuilders under his wing take supps 3days on 1 day off. | ||

i know many who take it year round. but after a while you ceace to get good enough results.. i think its much better to cycle, | ||
