Who has that "christmas tree" in their lower back development and how did you get it?

I do alittle bit..do hyper extensions, try just using your bw first then hold some weight with your hands and try and go up to where your heads parallel with the ground. Heavy squats help with the back..and deadlifts

A lot of it is genetics man. I do a couple of sets of weighted hyperextensions (3x10-15) at the end of my back workout. The tree in my lower back is very prominent around competition time -- full of fibers. Since I don't do a lot for my lower back, I figure genetics plays a big role.

Mine is coming in pretty good now. I do stifflegged deadlifts with strict form and heavy weight after squats every week. It also helps to get your BF under 8-9 %. I have'nt done hyperextensions in a while, but many Bodybuilders swear by them.

I absolutely love hyperextensions. If you can get your mind into the muscle and really focus on the movement you can isolate the lower back quit well. Focus on keeping the chest out and your elbows back, that will help shift the stress from your hamstrings to your lower. After three strict sets my back is absolutely fried -- I can feel my lower back spreading while I am trying to drive home from the gym.

Deads + low bodyfat

------------------

He was an odd fellow -- kept to himself mostly. He had served his time and nobody noticed him much anymore. On the outside, he looked average -- albeit a bit unkempt. Inside was a different story. Inside, he was a whirling chaos of blackness, deception, confusion and revenge. The world's time was coming. And he had vowed long ago that he would see it through, though it would mark the death of him.
