I find myself not wanting to eat at all anymore. It feels like the food just sits in my stomach and does'nt digest. It is even worse when I am on a test based cycle, like now, becasue I always get test flu and never get my appeteite back. ------------------

Yes steelheart... thats what I was saying on the protien thread. You can preach all you want about getting your protien from whole foods, but you are NOT gonna cram 6,000+ calories of whole food dwon your throat day in and day out. Get some whey and use it! I'll have a shake with whole meals, and also on their own. I can have a shake ever hour and not get to the point where I feel so full I cant take it. If anyone thinks they are gonna choke down 6,000 calories of chicken and eggs... well, more power to ya! ------------------

My favorite recipe, eaten 2x a day: 2 cups of dried oatmeal washed down with 1/2 gallon of water and a medium sized lean cut of beef.

I agree Steelheart, I love to eat too, but 6000 cals/day??? I've never eaten that much, and I can gain weight like crazy.

Heh heh... well, 3,000 is maintainance calories, and for "natural" gains I add an easy 1,000 more. If Im on cycle, double the calories do the trick and still allow me to either not gain fat or to actually lose a percent or two... It isnt for everyone, but if you know your BMR and daily needs, you can take a little more liberty with your diet. |
