Definitly keep me posted! I think the weight that she got a while back is better than my record! Personal Best Deadlift: 450lbs once (Natural all my life!) Make elite you home kneepads. Hey guys this will be my home. No doubt about that. Shelby did deadlift 440x4 with no wraps or belt, just chalk and baby powder. Shit I'll bet she can still hit 285 right now after a stretch and warm up. Lisa: I like 'ya. You like porn and admit you like filth and fornication. This is the basis for a solid marriage.  Capt.
