I hear Florida Supreme Court Justices don't have life-time appointments either. Boy, someone is sure going to be unhappy in 2 years when election time comes again and they find themselves looking for a new job. -Warik | ||

The biggest advantage to the injunction on the counting is that the supreme court will hear oral arguments monday at 11am and may rule by late monday night. That leaves no time to count all the no votes by tuesday and the florida legislature will pick the electors if nothing else than to preserve floridas 25 votes in the ec. I think the US Supreme court is fed up with florida and has as much said so. Just read Rhenquists and Scalia's opinions'. Ouch that hurt (the liberals that is) I'll bet cry baby gore is ten different shades of red right now. Bush is the president any way you look at it now. | ||
