I have noticed some of the board members have said to have either seen Triple H lift or have lifted with him. I know he is on a shit load of juice, GH, etc. but I would still like to know what kind of program he does. Volume or HIT, # of sets, etc. Anything you can tell me I would love to hear. He lives in NH and trains at a couple of the local gyms in my area.Lately he has gotten HUGE.Headphones,moderate weight,and controls each rep.Nothing crazy or anything,but he has really improved in the last yr.3 yrs ago I watched him struggle to get reps with 275 on the bench!!!!
