Try a adult baby asprin. 81 mg, it will thin your blood a bit and lower your blood pressure naturally. Don't use a regular asprin if your cycling as you don't need to run the risk of side effects.

How about E?
Also, I use to run and do Aerobics,
and my resting BP was 42.
Do you do any Cardio? I think that would
help too!!

Add a small amount of niacin to your diet. I do a niacin clean out everyonce and a while. It causes you to itch and have red patches all over your body. I opens the veins and allows the blook to flow all the way out to the tips of the capilaries.

try something to get rid of excess water, and a ACE inhibitor is good..

Ranger WAS going to publish a paper from a graduating med student regarding beneficial effects ACE inhibitors, I hope he still does.

once you go on ACE inhibitors,

you can't come off of them b/c your body naturally tries to raise its BP back up to what it believed to be "normal"

may that normal number be unhealthy but it is still viewed as being normal by the brain.

use ACE as a last resort.

try your diet first

eliminate sodium whenever

i have been doing low carb for about 8 weeks now and my BP has dropped from getting tired after i eat to
virtually nothing!

good luck
