Miami needs to run it up against Boston College. I pray for Oklahoma to loose to Kansas State. How awesome would a FSU-UM rematch in the Orange Bowl be?...

I dont know. I see both sides of the argument. Miami did lose to a lower ranked team. On FSU's worst day they lost to a top ten team. On Miami's worst day they lost to a top 25 team. (Who is now I believe in the top ten but they were not when they beat Miami)If Miami wins next week FSU will still have one more win than Miami also. Im not saying its right, but I do see both sides-

Miamis' loss came at the hands of a very good Washington team. A very respectable and highly ranked team. On the road too. They also beat FSU. For these facts alone Miami ranks #2 in the Beezers poll.
I think now though by the looks of how FSU is playng they could easily handle miami. They are on fire and look sharp all around. They apear to be as potent as a team can be right now.

Who's to say? Thats why we still need a tournament to decide the national champs.

Yeah but if we had say a final four, than numbers 5 and 6 would be arguing that they should have been included. It never ends-

When Miami lost to washington they werent a top 25 team, they were a top 10 team. At the same time this was their young qb's first game on the road of the season. You can say it was fsu's worst game, but thats garbage. They got beat. Weinke passed for a zillion yards so it wasnt too bad. They just got outplayed. Its all biased. The numbers just dont add up. Strength of Schedule the edge would have to go to miami. They have played 3 of the top 5 teams, on top of many winning record teams. FSU has played miami, florida, and clemson. Clemson being a top 20 team at best, Florida now a top 10 team and losing to Miami. Miami beating the #1 and #2 teams at the time, and losing to the #4 team. The numbers just dont add up. I pray for a rematch

I thought at the time Washington was number 23? Anyways I dont know why saying Miami was FSU's worst game is garbage. They lost, their only loss as a matter of fact. I would certainly say that is worse than a win. They were in the red zone 5 or 6 times and couldnt score. Thats pretty shitty. Clemson and Florida were both in the top 5 this year and Florida State beat them both, easily. I dont think you should include V. Tech as a great victory for Miami since they didnt even have Vick. I dont remember Miami beating anyone else other than FSU and V.Tech in the top five, who was the third? I do agree with a rematch though. I think you might see a different outcome this time-
