USA Today ran a list of certain actors demands for when they are on a film production. For example Demi Moore is nicknamed Gimmer More because no matter what she stipulates, she always has to have twice as much. Bette Milder has to have a Winnebago with her own chef... Anyhow... the most interesting thing was that Arnold Schwarzenegger demands an extra trailer set up besides his that houses his weight training equipment and personal trainer. WTF??? What does Arnie need with a personal trainer??????     | ||

the trainer is probably just a well paid spotter. i have one of those... i tell him what workout we are doing, and he runs around taking notes on my progress and spots me while making small talk. | ||

Hey for $35 an hour (which I understand is cheap for a personal trainer), once or twice a week I'm not going to get my forehead wiped. I only use him for chest and sometimes back days. I'm shy and I can't bring myself to ask a stranger to spot me ... maybe when I'm bigger I can get over this. | ||

If you say so Johnny O, But there is no way I would pay someone to spot me when I just turn to the nearest dweebie and say "want to help?" They usually want to run over and be your friend anyway. | ||

J-O, Jae is right, if you look like you know what your do'n in the gym, others are just waiting to get a chance to talk to ya. I can see it in their eyes... besides, for $35 you should be get'n blown. | ||
