Here is a couple of shots, all natural, never juiced before taken March 99. If done right the most muscular is awesome.     | ||

I was weighing about 187, don't know what bf was. I just did various sit ups and hanging leg lifts. I have always had good abs though. I have won 1st in the NGA novice heavy weight, and placed third the following year, The top pic was the third place, (open) and the bottom pic was 5 place. I got creamed. Can't wait till this june. | ||
