i'm a leg freak. today i'm doing my infamous 30 rep squat w.out. 4 sets 185-30 reps. then i'll do 3 drop sets of ext. next week will be the 50-30-20 leg press w.out. ideas for shocking growth. any one else have any crazy leg routines?

some of us are were not gifted with huge quads. i would'nt even grow until i increased my repititions. i don't do high rep w.outs every week, but there great to do once a month just to hit your red fibers, and just for the shock value.

I dunno, guess I like doing legs the most...I don't consider any of it a ball of laughs....sure as hell is more fun than back day...or lateral raises...(shudder)..hate those.

I'm doing legs today. I may go really high reps, I have'nt decided yet. It sucks having to walk up and down stairs to get to the weight room at my gym.

I hate leg day simply because all that hard work seems to get my quads ripped but not huge. Genetics suck, not to mention my knees.

I LIKE DOING LEGS, ITS THE ONLY BODY PART I CAN MOVE REAL WEIGHTS ON... BY NO MEANS ARE MY LEGS CUT, BUT THEY HAVE SIZE TO THEM.

I DO HIGH REP SQUATS ONLY AT THE END, AND ONLY TO FINISH ME OFF... I HAVENT BEEN DOING ANY FREE WEIGHT SQUATS FOR 8 MONTHS NOW CUZ OF THIS OR THAT... BUT I CAN STILL GO HEAVY ON THE SLED AND USING THE SMITH MACHINE FOR SQUATS... HAMMYS ARE THE KILLER THOUGH... HITTING HAMS IS THE THING THAT GETS ME..

BY THE WAY, DID LEGS LAST NIGHT, I FEEL IT NOW.... YES I DO.

I love legs. It's a love/love relationship here. In addition to the sheer awesomeness of walking out of the gym with my legs rubbing together regardless of how weird I try to walk to keep them apart, there's something incomparably satisfying about watching some geek and his friend pounding out 160lb quarter-squats only to pound out my max work weight ass-to-floor and hear them say mid-set: "yo shit nigga...."

I love legs.

I love working legs. Especially when you work them so hard you get almost sick afterwards, and you have to sit down for a few minutes to collect your thoughts!

I think that high-rep, or breathing, or 911 Squats as I call them are THE best exercise for pilling on extreme amount of mass whether you are on gear or off.

I started a 6-month cycle of 1 set of 25 rep squats. I started with 225 and tried to add weight each week. I peaked at 310 for 20, and in the process added about 15 pounds of fairly solid muscle. This was b-4 my first cycle as well. I think everyone can benefit from them

Leg day sucks. I used to love it, but then I got too good at it.

After a day of squatting 700 pounds or so, I'm ruined for the next three days.

I don't think I'm going to train legs anymore.

Shit, leg day is the shitz!!!
Then I pull my way up the stairs, then within 24hrs. I can hardly walk, sit or stand.....it's like that for 2 days, usually.....

fucking hate doing legs. my knees are in horrible shape even though i do tons of rehab work to realign them. last 3 workouts i only got 4 sets because of extreme pain. fucking pulled my glute or something too, ass kills. oh well, one of these days i will be able to do them again. the rehab is working, slowly having less pain.

I have to agree with madbomb legs are my fav because that is what I am best at. As far as negotiating stairs afterward...I have more problems going down than up (not "going down" in that sense. No problems there.)

legs were 2 days ago, its torture trying to walk UP the DAMN STAIRS to my apt. hate it, but had fun while i was doing it. hehe. i guess legs are like sex, its fun while youre doing it, making ugly faces and all, but sometimes you hate yourself in the morning.

I love pounding my quads with high rep breathing squats, nice and deep and slow for a good 20 reps. I've worked my way up to 250 for 20. I work legs on Fridays and they hurt like hell for days!
Last week Saturday I hit a step wrong at the club and actually fell down to the ground!!!
They just gave out, I felt like an ass but luckily no chicks saw it..
I'd say legs are my favorite, then chest!!
