I SHOULD HAVE JUST TAKEN THE DAY OFF, BUT I COULDNT... I AM "ON". PAIN SO BAD I WAS FORCED TO DO HAMMER WIDE CHEST AND FLYES ONLY FOR CHEST... AND I DID REAR DELTS... NICE WASTE OF TIME. I AM SET SO I GOT BI'S AND TRI'S TONIGHT, THEN TOMORROW OFF, THEN FRIDAY I CAN HIT BACK, THEN SATURDAY LEGS... SUNDAY OFF... THAT GIVES ME 5 DAYS TO FEEL BETTER... MY NEW PLAN IS CHEST AND SHOULDERS JUST ONCE EVERY 8 DAYS... THAT IS PLENTY OF REST, AND WHEN IT FEELS BETTER I CAN GO DOUBLE TIME, BUT TILL THEN...NOPE!!!
