First of all, I don't think lazy people should be able to vote. Think about this...your fat overweight, alcoholic, vietnam vet uncle...does he really deserve to have a say in what is going on? A slight exageration but, most of us are hardworkers. We all have school/job....THE GYM...etc. I belive almost everyone on this board is very hard working, these are the types of people who deserve to vote. Also I think if you do not vote then you do not deserve to so much as voice any type of opinion about any presidential candidate. My granmother's birthday was today so I ate supper at the table with her, my mom, and her b/f. Her b/f is a vietnam vet, about 50 yrs old, and weighs probably 99 pounds.... most of which is a brainful of worthless opinions. Sorry, some people's opininos we just don't need. Does anyone else agree with me? Am i wrong? ------------------     | ||

I can tell by your post almost how old you are.You dont know what that "99 lb. Vietnam vet" may have went through & seen in his life. If anyone believes that those brave men needed to die in those wars to keep our freedom is sadly mistaken. Politicians play with men's lives as if they didn't matter. Vietnam was a loss that was never necessary to begin with. Anyway, most people do not take advantage of their right to vote so this is a moot point. People around the world die every day for the same rights we take for granted. So who is more ignorant now? | ||

Yeah i never said i did not respect vets. I understand what they went through was bad. But this guy is such a fag, he thinks he knows everything, sits around voicing his opinion about anything and everything. He was drawing disability even though he most certainly is not disabled. He just got a job like 2 weeks ago, i guess that gives him more of a right to voice his stupid opinion. I'm not talking about vets i'm talking about idiots in general. | ||

WOW... I can not believe what I just read. My uncle died in Vietnam and my dad's best friend was burned on over 90% of his body by a phosphorus grenade. He is one of my role models I love him like I love my dad. He has never told me any stories of the war, but the rest of his life is an open book, so I know it must have been a terrible expierence. Until you have gone through what over people have shut your fucking mouth Now tell me what exactly have you done for your country to deserve to vote, instead of your moms boyfriend. All the Vets that came out of Vietnam are my heroes. They fought and did what they were told and then came back to a bunch of worthless asses that dodged their responsibility and spit on them. They were LOATHED for doing a thankless and heroic job. Nowdays,the cong come to America and live of of welfare and SSI. They speak only cong and refuse to assimilate. Recently one killed an innocent security guard in the Sacramento SSI office for denying him his "free money". Nam vets are my heroes...... ------------------ | ||

Why must everyone be so damn extremist! Not all vets are geniuses and not all are disabled... Some are men of courage and honor, some others are scumbags... All i know is that they all have a lot of experience, now how they apply it to every day life depends on them... but one thing is for sure, they've been around for a shitload longer than you and the only one who doesn't deserve to vote here is you...
