NOW THERE IS NO OTHER CONFRENCE IN THE NATION THAT CAN MATCH UP THE BIG 10 WHEN IT COMES TO FOOTBALL.I GET INTO THIS FIGHT ONCE A WEEK WITH SOMEONE. I WANNA HERE WHAT YOU GUYS HAVE TO SAY. BTW- THE SEC BLOWS AND MICHIGAN SUCKS, GO BUCKEYES! ------------------     | ||

If anyone gambles, throw your life savings on Miami This week, Vick is out, They would of won anyways. Whoever loses is out of the National championship hunt, Miami is a much better team, they beat Florida State and siad that they still don't have respect so they are gonna take it out on this depleted Va Tech team. I think Miami leapfrogs FSU with a win this week, then FSU will leap back over them if they beat Florida in 2 weeks. I would love to see Nebraska beat Oklahoma in the Big 12 Championship game, thus eliminating both those teams and setting up a rematch of FSU-Miami for the National title. I still won't count out Florida. When they're quarteback is on, they'll beat anyone. Then again, nobody has won in Tallahassee since '91. | ||

I'm not sure what the f*ck any of y'all are talking about...it's pretty obvious the BIG 12 is THE power conference now in football, with more teams in the top 10 in the AP, ESPN, and Coaches polls...I just can't wait for my Aggies to BEAT THE HELL OUTTA Oklahoma next weekend and throw the BCS all outta whack!! ------------------ | ||

Top to bottom Big 10 rocks. Put Florida or Florida St. in the Big Ten and see how many games they would win then. They wouldnt be able to keep it up. Big 12? Nebraska has been overated all year, Kansas St. is overrated every year they play nobodys all year. But Oklahoma rocks thats for shure. as much as i hate to say it, FSU is the most dominate team in college football when they have their A game. i don't care if they lost to miami, all in all they are the best team. they can make top 25 teams look like they are Division II. | ||

Badkins the big 12 is the shit. However I will have to argue with you about the aggies kicking the Sooners ass. Granted that they are the only team we play left in the regular season that scares me but, it is not going to happend. As far as the Big 12 championship game that will suck because I do not think my boyz can beat Nebraska twice in a season. But oh well we are number one right now. | ||

A couple of years ago the SEC teams played Big 10 teams in the bowls. Guess who won all of them? It was the SEC. The SEC is too fast for the big 10. Big 10 is competitive but has yet to prove it when they actually play the SEC. | ||

I am a huge Cane fan here in Vol Country. FSU is a great team, i wont take that away from them. There is truly no way you can think they are the best team in the country though. They have such a cupcake acc schedule, which in my opinion is hands down the worst conference in football. THey have had one test, and well, they failed it. They have an overrated game this weekend against an overhyped acc daisy, and will probably trample them, but that means nothing. Im anxious to see which florida comes out to play them. FSU is a great team, but no way you can think they are the most dominate, with what Oklahoma has done. And oh yeah, GO CANES!!!!!! | ||

Oklamhoma is unquestionably the number 1 team in the country right now. Virginia Tech is on life support as I think they will loose to Miami Saturday. With Michael Vick, my tune would change. He's that good. However, if FSU and Oklahoma were to line up and play tomorrow, i'd bet on FSU. The FSU FLorida game will be the big one, but it's in Tallahassee. The only team that would have a chance in Tallahassee would be a FLorida team clicking on all cylinders, but they even they would probably fall short. | ||

The Big Ten rules. Take the big two (football and basketball) and compare it to all other conferences. Nobody is close. Hey madbomber, yeah the Bucks have sucked against michigan in the 90s. The idea that the Big Ten is a "slow" conference is outdated thinking. They're just as fast as any other conference now AND will still hit you in mouth harder than most folks playing football. I won't take anything away from FSU's speed though. They are a bunch of speedsters. ------------------ | ||

Conference play is what matters, and SEC teams have all the competition they need playing each other, look at National Championships, the SEC's record speaks for itself.....and talking about 1-aa teams, listen Bro's every conference plays weak ass teams, show me one team that plays all tough teams, aint gonna happen....... ------------------ | ||

There is no speed deficit in the Big Ten. The SEC has national champions of late due to.............a weaker conference top to bottom! It's EASIER to go undefeated in the SEC. It's even easier in the ACC or Big 12 or Big (hehehe) East. ------------------ | ||

Just to clarify, I meant the kind of grind it out football they play in the Big 10 is slow. I know that most Big 10 teams are great. But to think FSU, Miami, or Florida could not hang with them is nonsense. Some of their opponents may be weak, but those three have played more than conference games. Like National Championship games for instance- | ||
