All this water, protien powder, creatine, T4, Gugglesterone, MaHaung, and my diet is keeping me in the soft serve mode. Any recommendations?

Man I have been a powerlifter all my life and weight and diet was not a problem. If I was withing 10lbs of weight we just took laxis before weigh in and lost the weight.

I have not clue of what you are asking/.

Here is what I am now eating every day/

2 cups of brown rice
2cans of baked beans
1 cup of oatmeal
1 can of tuna
3 protein drinks with water 23gms of protein each
A piece of fruit a day different kind each day.
1 bottle of cranapple juice

That is pretty much it/.

Right now I am about 265lbs 5 11 1/2in with a 33in waist. I am guessing about 12-16% body fat. I have lost 5lbs over the last couple of weeks.

fiber....cheerios, oatmeal...Metamucil if you want...

soft serves stink with you all day man....fix that stuff..

Ahhh... ok, i have too look up what the values of the fat/carb/protein stuff is, then we could probably subsitute some stuff that will be more "binding?" (hehe), but not affect your diet.

You're a big guy... are you just calorie restricting? I think you need more protein and clean fat, and maybe reduce the carbs a tad.
