you may laugh at me, but i know play tennis on my off nights...2 hours of low intensity aerobics...the only downsied is i must eat pizzas and hamburger to maintin my weight,but i am leaner stronger and feel better every week!

find another sport...i used to do softball and flag football...

Well if you have the energy try something else, like swimming. I break my workouts up now so I can do it almost every day except weekends if possible. Legs, abs, back one day, upper body work out on another. Then take a day or two off, then do it again.

I always feel like shit on my days off. Like a lazy F**k. I just want to do something productive. Then I remind myself rest is productive and use that as an excuse to sit on my ass and watch football all day.
