I use skim milk, but really I should use water because I dont need the extra Kcals. Water doesnt taste that bad but milk makes a drink just like a milkshake.

I use 2% skim milk, I don't really like the taste with water.

Skim milk. Drinking it w/ water is what I use when I'm competing.

definitely milk...2%. protein with water is pretty gross, plus i'm trying to put on weight and i LOVE milk so the decision isn't hard.

Water....what kinda protein shakes do you use that you can add milk and its not thick as cement? unless its pure whey..that shit is thin

Water. Man I have no Idea of what company makes mine. I bought is at GNC and is has 23grams of protein per serving, but it is good with water and does not clump up. If you have ever had a YAHOO it taste just like that. If you are interested in the name brand e-mail me at [email protected] and I will right it down. I keep it in a can here at work, so I do not have the name.
