I absolutely love dumbell curls and curls with the ez curl.

love to see the veins poppin out every where.

I also just love the way my arms feel after a good pump, especially fore arms.

hands down " the squat" !! my 30 rep squat w.out is king! there has not been one person make it through without puking! including myself. 185 lbs. for 4 sets ! once a month! give it a try ironheads!

definitely squats. i also love dips, i would do them all day if overtraining didn't exist.

as far as exercises i f*cking hate...
seated cable rows, all curls, any ab exercise
