I was thinking that there is no way I will ever stop lifting. How can I, I came to far. Its a big part of my life and identity. I will be 80 doing rock bottom squats while other people my age are getting there diaper changed. People talk about being secure in your old age. They want free medicine, houses with no stairs, and a good rest home. Screw that, I'm gauranteeing that I will be able to kick ass when I'm old.

I will lift until I no longer can. Unfortunately, the type of lifting that we (us bodybuilders) do really fucks our bones up when we are older. So I've heard at least.

I picture myself dying in the squat rack at 104. Bar on my back and all, i'll just get my last rep in and tip over.

How come I never see any gray haired men lifting? Is it because weight lifting was not popular back then as it is now? Look at Albert Beckles, Arnold, Lou, they still kick ass. As far as injuries, I dont see why you would have any if you use good form. Now runners are going to have to have their knees and hips replaced. It will be an epidemic.

If I can help it I will be juiced out the ass... GH, Test and whatever the hell else they come up with 80 years from now. Who gives a fuck right? Not much else I can do. No wonder Ranger doesn't mind experimenting with PGF-2, if I was 53 I wouldn't give a fuck either!

Well that is a post mortum ?, I for one died this morning at the gym. Why you may ask how the post came from a man who died at the gym?

Western union now offers a connection to the dead, just to keep in touch with you earthly
beings. Kind of spendy, but worth it. It costs a part of your soul to be spent in purgetory, that is if your heavenly bank account is up to their credit dept.

By the way, visa does not work here or mc, amex in this situation. Like the good book says, you can't take it with you. However, for a small price you can take out some of the trash of the human race if appropriate.

Details at 11:00PM watch your local news channel.

FUCK YES! I've been lifting since I was 14 and now I'm 39. Why stop? Most men my age look like sacks of shit, I've still got a pretty good build and can do shit that very few men in my age group can do.

For me it feels more of an obligation than a passion now. I still read, but getting excited about having a great workout is rare. And thats sad.
