STARTING A CYCLE MONDAY... PICS WILL BE UP BY THE END OF THE WEEK (I HOPE). THEN I WILL HAVE BI WEEKLY PICS FOR CRITICISMS AND TRAINING TIPS.

PROTEIN WILL BE TAKEN AT
7AM - 30GM WHEY
9AM- 30GM WHEY/MILK
1130AM 30GM FISH
230PM 30GM WHEY
5PM 20GM WHEY
7PM 45+ STEAK/CHICKEN/EGG/
11PM 30GM WHEY
3AM IF POSSIBLE 30GM WHEY... I WILL ALSO GO WELL OVER THAT 45GM MARK AFTER TRAINING CUZ I WILL HAVE A SHAKE, THEN A REAL MEAL 30 MINUTES LATER.

MY DIET WILL NOT BE MONITORING CARBS AND FAT, I WILL JUST SAY "LOW CARB" OR "HIGH CARB" STUFF LIKE THAT... WELL, THATS IT FOR NOW.

THE CYCLE IS 400MG TEST E, 25MG DBOL, 150MG LAURABOLIN, 200MG NANDRALONE D.
DBOL IS FOR FIRST 3 WEEKS, THEN 2 WEEKS OFF, THEN 2 WEEKS ON... THEN OFF... NO TAPERS.

MY REASONING FOR THIS CYCLE IS: I DONT NEED LOTS OF GEAR TO GROW. THE MIX OF NANDRALONES IS FOR THE LAUR TO HELP ME RETAIN MY GAINS. AND POST CYCLE WILL BE CLOMID, TRIBULUS (LOTS AND LOTS)... I WILL ALSO ADD CLOMID AROUND THE 3RD OR 4TH WEEK AT 25MG EOD... THEN THE FINAL WEEK WILL BE 50MGEOD AND 25MG EOD... WELL, THATS A LOT OF BABBLE FOR NOW....


YA, I AM BORED AT WORK... SO I THINK OUT LOUD, ON MY KEYBOARD....

Why not just do the dbol for 5 straight and bump up to 30 mg/day so that you can take it every four hours? I don't think I'd add the two-week break in the middle. I'm not sure what the benefit of doing it this way would be. Most use dbol as a 'kicker'.

Clomid I'd probably just do at 25 -50 mg EOD throughout the whole cycle. Post-cycle you might consider bumping to 50 - 100 mg ED for one week.

I'd also have some Nolvadex on hand just in case...

How long is this cycle for? What's the rationale for the laurabolin?

Keep us up to date bro. Man, I wish I was on (or about to be on) right now...

You may want to consider bumping the protein up to 40-50 grams per meal, while using nandrolones. Due to the nitrogen retention properties, the more protein, the better. I'm also a little curious on the dbol on-off-on schedule...

I TOOK A DBOL CYCLE LAST SUMMER AND IT REALLY FUCKED MY KIDNEYES... I THINK... I ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL... AND THE ONLY THING I COULD THINK OF WAS THE DBOL... I ALSO DO NOT BELIEVE THAT MORE IS BETTER WITH DBOL, AND THE GREATEST GAINS COME IN THE FIRST 3-4 WEEKS, SO I AM THINKING TAKE IT TO GET THE "KICKSTART" THEN BACK OFF, AND THEN GET ANOTHER KICK... ITS A TRIAL THING REALLY.

AS FOR THE LAUR... SINCE IT REMAINS ACTIVE IN THE BODY FOR ABOUT A MONTH I AM EXPECTING THIS TO BE MY TAPER AGENT ON ITS OWN. SO I CAN JUST STOP WITHOUT A MAJOR TAPER AT THE END... ITS WORKED FOR ME BEFORE, AND EXPECT IT TO DO SO AGAIN.
