1-How many hours do you sleep a day?

2-How many times do you pee a day?

3-How many grams carbs do you get a day (cutting phase) ?

Sleep 6 - 7 hours a night. More like 6

Pee 5 to 6 time a day... More like 6


Dieting, 30 - 50 gms of carbs a day max.

Usually means 2 pieces of bread or a roll!

Bulking, I give a shit about how many carbs..I'm a pasta loving bitch...

1- 7-8 hours a night, depending on how many times my blowup doll wakes me

2- 15-20, depending on how many times I see Wodin naked

3- 100 during the week, 1,000-1,500 on th eweekends

6 or 7 hours a sleep
10 times a day of visiting the restroom
a little carbs as possible when cutting.. usually about 10.. somedays a big 0.. ketosis baby yeah!

Thick your confusing me with Mr Muscle, I'm not a closet boy from Norway! That grimaces like pee wee herman in a pose. Plus golden showers are probably more of a shagwell/mm thing.

Thick I figure you done pissed on shaggy at least a dozen times or more...

1-at least 8....more is great

2-prob about 20 (don't keep track though)

3-50-60g....trying to figure this out...with running if I go to low I'm tired all day
