HEY FRACKAL I WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW I GAINED 6LBS THIS WEEK.I DON'T FEEL BLOATED AND I'M GETTING STRONG,I JUST FEEL THICK.I JUST WANTED TO GIVE YOU SOME INCOURAGMENT SINCE WE ARE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME HT AND WT WISE.KEEP TRAING HARD AND I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED.FOR ANYONE ELSE I POSTED UNDER "FINALLY THINK I CAN GAIN (WITHOUT JUICE)"ON THE DIET BOARD AND THE ANOBOLIC.

190 LAST THURSDAY---196 TODAY(AND I KNOW ITS NOT ALL MUSCLE SO NOBODY FLAME ME).

WOW!!! I am impressed! 6 lbs. juice free? What's your diet look like. I just revamped an entire new plan today, spent all day doing it that should help with my insomnia (often caused by workouts too late at night) and help me take in more cals...

WELL I USE WEIGHT GAINER JUST FOR THE EXTRA CALS.I CAN'T REMEMBER THE ON I USE WEIGHT GAINER 900 MAYBE.I MAKE A DOUBLE SERVING HAVE ONE AFTER MY BREAKFAST.THEN I USAUALLY DIVIDE THE OTHER SERVING THOUGH OUT DAY AT WORK(4PM-12:30AM)WITH 4 CUPS SKIM MILK,2 BANNANAS,ONE BIG SPOON OF PEANUT BUTTER AND 2 TSPS OF FLAXSEED OIL,THAT BAD BOY IS LIKE 2300 CALS,WITH 100GRAMS PROTEIN.KNOW REMEMBER I TOLD YOU I'M NOT WORRIED ABOUT FAT RIGHT NOW,SO THAT MIGHT NOT BE FOR YOU.THEN I JUST EAT CLEAN.TUNA,CHICKEN,POTATOES,RICE,BEANS,ANYTHING BASICALLY.ITS A LOT EASIER FOR ME TO JUST COUNT MY CALORIES AND UNTIL I'M RIGHT AROUND 4000CALS AND 200G PRO. I BRING MY FOOD TO WORK.THEN ANYTHING I EAT EXTRA THOUGH OUT THE DAY IS JUST MORE CALS/PRO/CARB.FOR SOME REASON I NEVER COUNT MY CARBS BUT I'VE BEEN TAKEN TWIN LABS ULTRA FUEL IT WAS LIKE $13.00 FOR 14 SER.,BUT I USE 1/2 SERVING SO I'M GETTING 28.ITS ALL CARBS AND 1GM OF PRO.USALLY THROW THE CREATINE IN WITH IT.THEN A LITTLE LATER THE GLUTAMINE.I'LL HAVE TO ADJUST MY CALS WHEN MY BODY ADJUSTS.HOPEFULLY I CAN STILL MAKE SOME GREAT GAINS AFTER THAT(1 1/2-2/WK).GOOD LUCK AND WORK HARD.CHANGING YOUR ROUNTINE SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD IDEA.OH YEAH NO JUICE
