Just curious on a diet here. Looking for something that is very filling but at the same time will allow me to get trim with all the cardio im doing. Not wanting to lose any muscle mass or anything, just a lot trimmer and not starving myself. Im sure plenty arent a stranger to this question Appreciate any input

i try to eat a lot of pussy. people over in the diet forum where these questions are normally asked might disagree but if you ask me, pussy doens't have too many calories and my doctor recommends it.

sure .. this is where i first read about it, but i didn't use the insulin, I just got into ketosis naturally. Basicly, NO carbs during the week, carb up on weekends, but when I didn't I put the added restriction of keeping the caloric intake under my bmr.

yo. quit drinking cokes. and uhh...hmm...fruit or meat instead of chips. even small stuff like that can make a huge difference.
