Hey Kaiser, I'm almost exactly where you are to the lb. Same height too. Are you a lifetime natty still? And if so, do you think it's plausible to be at that weight by spring? Naturally?...

HEY FRACK.I HAVE DONE 5-6 CYCLES OF SUS 250.OVER THE LAST 5 YEARS.BUT AND THATS A BIG BUT,I LOST A LOT OF WHAT I GAINED BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE THE KNOWDLEDGE OF CLOMID,DIET,REST ETC.MY FIRST CYCLE I WAS MAYBE 20 I DID SUS250 ONCE A WEEK FOR 8-10 WKS.THEN JUST STOPPED.(GOT INTO SOME OTHER KIND OF DRUGS)I DID GAIN 28 LBS AND EVERYBODY THOUGHT I WAS BIG I GAINED A LOT OF RESPECT FROM MY FRIENDS,AND THAT WAS ONLY AT 205.UP FROM 177.KNOW THIS TIME I'M GOING TO STAY OFF AND TRY TO GAIN AS MUCH AS I CAN BEFORE I DO ANOTHER CYCLE.I JUST GOT BACK INTO LIFING ON THURSDAY DO TO SOME LACK OF MOTIVATION.MONDAY I INCREASED MY CALORIES TO 4000+.STARTED TAKING CREATINE ON TUESDAY.ALSO L-GLUTAMINE-500.2 TSP OF FLAXSEED OIL.TRYING FOR 7-8 MEALS A DAY.I COUNT MY CALS UPTO 4000 THEN WHAT EVER ELSE I EAT IS EXTRA.I GAINED 3LBS SINCE MONDAY.I BELIEVE ITS FROM THE FOOD CAUSE I ONLY TOOK THE CREATINE FOR A DAY AND HALF SO FAR.I BELIEVE NOW THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO GAIN MY GOAL BY SPRING(NOT ALL MUSCLE MIND YOU)I READ YOUR POSTS YOU HAVE TO STAY FOCUSED AS DO I.GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT.ITS GETTING COLD IN NJ SO I KNOW MY SHIRT IS NOT COMING OFF SONE.BULK BULK BULK.I AM EXCITED THOUGH.I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED ON MY GAINS AS THEY COME.REMEMBER EVEN IF YOU GAIN 1LB A WEEK IN 5 MONTHS THATS 20 LBS.I'M PERSONALLY SHOOTING FOR 2 A WEEK IN THE BEGINING THEN 1 AS TIME GOES ON. i don't know why i don't have an email listed, it used to be on there. if you ever want to write, it's - [email protected]

i am around 5'9" and in that picture i weigh 175lbs. at 2.3% bodyfat. since then i went on a bulking cycle and i now weigh 200lbs. but i'm not nearly as cut. i have no clue what my current bodyfat is (and it's harder to asses because of water retention), but i'm not terribly fat as i am still veiny and even have some veins on my waist.

i think it's great that you're going to try to gain as much weight as you can naturally, most people don't have that much patience.
i've never relied on steroids either (as you can tell since i'm pretty small). i would only do one bulking cycle a year and then of course i would eventually lose all my gains. now i think i'm going to start to take less time off or even try bridging.
