My favorite due to the fact that NOBODY in my gym does legs and the rack is always free.

Fuck- You see guys benching 350-400for reps, but they couldn't squat 225. I mean skinny-ass legs! I hope they continue to ignore legs, I love having the rack to myself.

BTW,how does anyone manage to do cardio the day after? I'm lucky to be able to walk.

Gotta love squats,hacks, and extensions-ouch!

Cardio keeps the muscles moving! I find that if I don't do cardio the next day I'll be much stiffer on the 2nd day after legs. Although it sucks running and having your legs feel like jello.

I love working legs. That's my favorite body part to work, I think. Lately, I've been having an "off" day after doing legs the night before......there have been times though, that I did just a bit of cardio on the treadmill after my leg workout just for something different.....although, I was so, so sore the day afterwards. There's just nothing like your quads being sore and having your mate rub them for you! Of course, you must return the favor!

I just worked mine yesterday, my legs are twitching today, can't walk. Leg's have become one of my favorite body parts.

Screw you all.

I just busted up my knee playing football, so I can't do legs right now. I have to do the sorry ass unilateral shit...i.e. leg presses with one leg, extensions with one leg, etc...so I at least don't lose mass in my good leg. Injury bites.

I love Leg day. Its real tough but I can feel It through my whole body when taking it to the max on squats. When the set starts getting tough I feel a kind of warm shiver through my entire body, I love that! Then I keep going till I cant do no more (always have a spotter with me).
And there is always a squat rack free in my gym too.

yeah I agree with you all. I dont have much respect for people who have nice upper bodies but don't do legs. If i had an extra day for upper body i'd look a little better, too. I like the soreness in my quads the day after...feels so good.

Till your lying on the floor hacking up your last meal after every set, you haven't squatted yet! I so do enjoy that. I have come so close to popping in a towel it ain't even funny. In fact on really good days I can't walk anywhere I have to crawl, and one time I had to lay on the floor in the corner in the locker room for over 20 minutes to recover enough to stand and not toss my lunch.

I can't wait for next cycle to kick in it is gonna be a blast!!!

Oh, I've also had to lay back on my gym bag just to keep from getting sick. I have to do this when I do legs. I think this counts as a good leg workout.

Try this leg routine and let me know how you do.

Leg Press 1 x 25 to failure
supersetted with
Leg Extensions 1 x 20 to failure
supersetted with
Squats 1 x 12 to failure

Use the heaviest weights possible on each lift. Normally people wait 30 seconds on supersets, but I rest between supersets. I do them one right after another and that is all I need for my legs. CAUTION: use a spotter.

I love showing up guys that weigh 50% more than I do. I powerlift currently and its just amazing to see a guy struggle with a 135 squat. I saw this dude doing like 275 or so and he would go down about 5 in. and I just wish that it would've been leg day for me. I love showing up people. I don't ever see any teens squat and that is bad. I see only maybe 10% of the gym squat and they have no common sense in lifting what so ever.
