my shit computer wont accept the kodak picture disk it keeps putting erros on my comp if anybody knows how to fix it email me plz ------------------

i cant get them onto the computer ,my comp isnt accepting the disk and it wont open the disk with the pictures on them ------------------

Can you access the file directory on the disk using microsoft explorer? | ||

ya i can get to the thing where it shows whats on the disk but it wont open anything then all hell breaks loose and stuff stops working | ||

What are the names of the files, particulary the ".XXX" and what type of imaging (picture-viewing) programs do you have? ie. Photoshop, MS-Photo Editor, etc... | ||

the names are like 13a 20a,it is suppose to instal a kodak system where i can crop the pics so i am not suppose to use any other photo shop or that ------------------

Okay, send me an email with those two pics as attachments don't try to open them. I will get them open and make jpg's for you and send them back I can also post them if you want. They are pcx files probably. | ||

chesty all i can do its get the disk in then shit goes wrong,im not sure whats up with it that was jsut a name of a few files i got that off the photo sheet that shows the pics,and frack im on a pc | ||

then I say your disc is screwed take it back to the developer. Yes, you can open kodak files with adobe photoshop or similar program that can read the .pcx files it won't harm them and photoshop is much better at manipulating the photos than kodaks shit is. | ||

thanks for the help bro,its really shitty now cuz ill have alot of run around to get it replaced because shoppers drug mart send the film elsewhere to get it developed ------------------
