iheard arnold smoked weed to relax his muscles and it worked pretty good..but ialso heard that it lowers ur test. but then again if ur on gear it doesnt matter...my question is im a firm believer that relaxing ur muscles is great for u mentally as well as physically...but how do u do it?? sex?? jerkin off?? lol i heard u lose a lot of protein but just drink shake after...everyone please shoot of any ideas whatsoever!!!! thanx @ later-

busting your cap does not rid your body of a significant amount of protein. your load contains minimal amounts of it. if it did contain a lot of protein i imagine we'd have a lot of twisted bb'ers lapping their shit back up once they were finished. that's gross i don't even want to think about that.
for relaxation i'd have to say that a nap works best for me, although sometimes i am highly inclined to rub one off after seeing an exceptionally nice piece of tail in the gym. sometimes it's unavoidable. herb works magic as well but i can't do that right now.

As long as you well hydrated, try tensing all you muscles at once and hold for like 10 secs....then release...do this a couple times then get into a hot bath...works great for relaxing muscles

However, I said make sure your well hydrated and have proper Calcium, potasium, sodium levels...because I will occasionalyy get a horrible muscle crapping if I try and do this and those are off. My damn calve muscle does it every once in a while and I wanna slam my head into a wall it hurts so bad!!
