I want to make a badass workout CD full of adrenaline pumping toons. I guess these things hold between 74 and 77 minutes of music. I was hoping all of you could give me some suggestions for songs to add to this CD. I want to make one that is hardrock/alternative/metal and one that is all rap and hip hop.

I know of 2 songs I'm already using for sure.

Rage Against the Machine-Bulls on parade
Papa Roach-Last resort

Give me as many suggestions as possible. I want this CD to really kick up my workout intensity. I figured that stacking this CD with Creatine, will probably help me put on a good 20lbs of lean muscle mass in 5 weeks.
Just kidding about that part.

Just a few good ones...

Megadeth:
Skin 'O My Teeth
The Disintegrators
FFF (Fight For Freedom)

Metallica:
The Four Horsemen
Battery
Damage, Inc.
Dyer's Eve

Rob Zombie:
Dragula
Superbeast
Demonoid Phenomenon

Sorry for lack of variety, but my taste is very narrow. =)

Even though you're looking for hardrock/alternative/metal, no workout CD is complete without the theme from Rocky and Superman!

Let us know what your final list is.

Why burn one when you can just order Richard Simmons' Sweatin' to the Oldies?

If someone is borrowing my Richard Simmons, I like:

Metallica, White Zombie, etc.
