last night while doing legs i pulled a ligament or muscle near my knee and now it hurts like a bitch and i'm limping. i'm just getting over a cracked rib. the week before that it was a screwed up wrist and before that i had pulled both of my biceps.
it seems like it's something new every single week. am i just injury prone or do you guys get injured that frequently as well?
btw - yes, i warm up and keep the best form i can.

DECIBEL, I ACTUALLY DONT GET HURT TOO OFTEN. I LIFT WITHOUT A PARTNER AND SOMETIMES THAT RESTRICTS ME FROM DOING THAT EXTRA REP TO FAIL. MAYBE THATS ONE OF THE REASONS I DONT GET HURT. I ACTUALLY JUST PULLED A MUSCLE IN MY BACK TWO WEEKS AGO AND THAT WAS THE FIRST INJURY IVE HAD IN A FEW YEARS. MAYBE YOU PUSH YOUR BODY HARDER THAN IT CAN HANDLE... STAY HEALTHY. ZEUS

If your on gear then your muscles are growing and your tendons and ligaments probably are taking a beating trying to keep up with the new poundages. Where you as innjury proned when you were off?

Deca is real good for joint relief. Some people use a small dose just for that reason alone. You should try posting on the anabolic board and see what kind of OTC supps and shit will help with that. I know there's quite a few things you can take to ease your joints and tendons but unfortunately I can't remember any of them.

Glucosamine sulfate is said to help tendon and joint pain. Several people at work swear by it. I just purchased it myself.
I've been told it takes up to six weeks to be fully effective.
