He.

Ok. I got to work all day and bust my but thinking about complex computer systems and how to make the communiate with on and other and the nature of various statistical methods as applied to all types of different studies and analysis.

When I go to work out I use a program set of exercises, number of sets are established but reps are not. Leaves me room for some variation. What gets me is that during my works invariable I will forget what set I'm on and have to stop and think about it and back track and stand there counting on my fingers like a moron.

Anyone else do this or are you all just really anal and keep a journal?

First, how much have you had to drink my boy? That was some rough english.

Me keep a journal, your lucky if I write my name down. Oh I try, but after a day or two forget it.

You oughta try doing a freebody diagram of a complex mechanical system and have all the forces and moments balance so that no matter where your section cut is you have static equilibrium and it balances out the applied load. Conversely there is also dynamic equilibrium, but I am not intoxicated enough for that subject.

I have alittle notebook I keep with me at the gym.
I lift HARD, intense as a mother fucker! I forget what set Im on all the time, sometimes I cant even remember how much weight to use...
In any case, it helps me plan out what to lift by basing it on past weeks, without a plan, I think you just go through the motions.

I don't keep a journal in the gym, I use to, I just got tired of it. I use a pre programmed set of routines I come up with based on the prior weeks work. I prep them on sunday or monday mornings and they run mon. - sat. I set target weights on the pyramid at the top, but thats.
