In my government class the professor said the number one determinant of who gets elected president is WHO THE TALLEST CANDIDATE IS! I would like to know if this is for the most part true, so if anyone knows how to find the heights of all the past candidates (at least the candidates of this half century) this would make an interesting theory. ------------------     | ||

In the elections of the "television era" (the last 11 elections), the taller candidates are winning the race, 9 to 2. Not sure what all this means, but certainly puts a damper on my opportunity to run for president. -tx  | ||

Statistically its true throughout the presidency... Afterall we are a human animal to some degree. Plus every president who has ever addressed the Canadian Parliment after being elected has won a re-election, those who didn't lost. EXPLAIN THAT PLEASE! NO WAY THAT SHOULD EXIST BASED ON PROBABILITY CURVES AND REGRESSION THEROMS! ------------------ |
