In the Add/Remove program menu there is no "Uninstall Windows" option...how do I do it manually and how do I reinstall it?

Thanks.

ALRIGHT ..ARE THE WINDOWS ALREADY FINISHED..

IF THE OPUTSIDE IS SIDED AND WHAT NOT YOUR GONNA HAVE TO TAKE THE SIDING OFF...THE THERE IS A LIP THAT RUNS AROUND ALL WINDOWS...THAT WILL HAVE MANY NAILS OR SCREWS IN IT ..YOU ALSO WANT TO MEASURE THE SIZE OF THE WINDOW THAT YOUR PUTTING IN..CAUSE ON THE INSIDE YOUR GONNA HAVE TO CUT THE SHEET ROCK TO HELP THE WINDOW FIT PROPERLY ....ABOVE ALL ELSE MAKE SURE THE WINDOW SITS FLAT ON THE SILL..AND THAT IT SLIDS SMOOTHLY ..

I would think since its your operating system, you would have to format the hd, then reinstall it.

If it's 95 or 98 there is ABSOLUTELY no need to reformat the hard drive.

Go to Add/Remove programs and make a startup disk if you don't already have one. Boot to the startup disk and run UNINSTAL.exe (yes that's spelled right).

After that, go through and delete the remaining windows 95/98 files.

If you are planning to reinstall the same operating system, then i would re-format the drive.

Either way enjoy

Matt
